Well, these are some sites, based on my personal experiences, which i found really work.
The first one up here i recommend is CIAO. This thig really works and till date, ive got paid 20$ just for 12 reviews.. Heres my referall link. In this referal you get 1$ for every review ur friends list in. Hurry up, the rates per every review might change from 1$ to 0.25 $ per review.
This is ciao.com. This site pays in dollars. The incentive system is really worth. The premium reviews are selected every month and paid in big amounts like $2 per review.

Second one up is the Pay2surf site. This site pays you to view adds. The payrate here is floating, i.e. fluctuating from 0.01$ to sometimes 0.50$ sometimes. Well all i can say that this is a legit site. Well the payout rate here is 35$. Well, ive got paid around that much from this site. The idea here is simple, every click on ads, opens it in a new tab. Let the counter count, After a certaing period of tym, it displays a tick, that means the amount has been credited to your account.. So people who wanna register, click here.
The next one up here is Mylot. This is a kind of forums. And the good news is that, it pays to make your posts. The payrate is 0.01 per post, the more detailed the post, the more the paymetn. But if your answer is the best, it allows you to earn more.
